Site Overview

E-sudoku is an online platform that provides access to a variety of sudoku puzzles and resources. Users can access sudoku puzzles of varying difficulty levels to play online for free. The Site does not require users to create an account or profile. We may display advertisements on the Site to provide it to you without charge.

Allowed and Prohibited Uses

Subject to your complete and ongoing compliance with these Terms, E-sudoku grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes. Indemnification

Upon request by E-sudoku, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless E-sudoku and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and service providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, joint venturers, employees and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages losses and expenses (including attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of any of these Terms or applicable law; (c) your violation of any third party rights, including third party intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (d) any misrepresentation made by you. E-sudoku reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any claim subject to indemnification by you, which will not excuse your indemnity obligations.

Changes to the Terms

E-sudoku reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these Terms upon written notice published on the Site. Please check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued access or use of the Site following the posting of changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If any change to these Terms is not acceptable to you, your sole remedy prior to the effective date is to cease accessing, browsing and otherwise using the Site.

General

(a) Colorado state laws will govern these Terms, without giving effect to any principles that may result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. For any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms, you consent to personal jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the state and federal courts in Denver, Colorado.

(b) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and E-sudoku relating to their subject matter, and cancel and supersede any prior versions of these Terms.

(c) No failure or delay by E-sudoku in exercising any right under these Terms will constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be made expressly in writing.

(d) If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain full force and effect.

(e) The section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
